If you are a sole trader, our tax return fees start from £360 + VAT, scaled up in-line with revenue.

We have a minimum fee of £50 + VAT per month for a limited company (unless dormant), scaled up in-line with revenue. Our fees are tailored to your business and are charged on a monthly basis in advance of the year end, via direct debit. This fee is for year end accounts and corporate tax return only, it does not include Xero software, bookkeeping, payroll or VAT returns, etc.

We charge £300 + VAT for the tax return if you have one property, scaled up per additional rental property and whether accounts are required by property or combined.

Our personal tax return fees start from £120 + VAT. We understand everyones personal and business finances are individual – therefore we charge based on the level complexity required for your return.

Our bookkeeping charges are applied to the number of transactions that go through the business bank accounts, number of invoices and receipts.

VAT returns have a minimum charge of £10 + VAT per month, scaled up in-line with revenue.

Our payroll charges are applied to the number of employees, whether they are on a fixed or variable salary and the frequency of payment.

We charge £295 plus VAT for a company formation. We will register a limited company with Companies House and provide you with advice around the best structure, the share certificates, Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association.

Dext is a data extract software. We will subscribe to Dext on your behalf – the prices depend on the number of transctions you will be processing each month. These start from £10 + VAT per month.

We offer training to our clients on Xero and Dext to ensure you utilise the software tools most effectvely to run your business and stay on top of your day-to-day bookkeeping. This training is done virtually on a 1-2-1 basis. We’ll ensure you’re fully setup to use the systems confidently.
