Management Accounts provide an up to date snapshot of the financial performance of the business, generally presented as the Income Statement and Statement of Financial Position and presents the key financial information needed to make decisions and fully optimise your operation. Management accounts can also include, but not limited to, the Statement of Cash Flows, along with Aged Debtors and Creditors – we will work with you to provide a bespoke set of reports for your needs. We will provide detailed commentary and analysis in key areas of interest, summarised in an Executive Summary to highlight the information in a succinct and useful way.
